One of the most important areas of learning in Grade 9 English is the elements and process of crafting a narrative. In this project, you can create a recipe or a whole cookbook collection while learning about the stories of your family!
Got a relative who is a master chef? Love that dessert your uncle, grandma, or cousin always brings? Is there a special dish that your parents or guardians love to spoil you with or serve on celebration days? This is the perfect project to test out your story-telling skills, and capture those delicious recipes! Consider bringing friends into this project too – you can each share a recipe, and all end up with a great collection of dishes to read about and try out in your own kitchen!
